The Meaning...

The meaning of Ends/Wealth has more than is realized at face value. It is imperative that the consumer knows what Ends/Wealth CORP. is and what it represents. The word ENDS is used as another name for money, more popularly in the phrase "to make" or "making Ends Meet". We've adopted the word to represent the things in life that we are most passionate about or those things that we use to make a living. Wealth? Well wealth is just what it is, well-being, welfare, and abundance of valued resources. The slash in between represents a progression from doing what you love and are passionate about, to doing it to accumulate all types of wealth. Our ENDS are what empowers us.

We choose to be empowered and use those things that empower us for our survival, encouraging all those who want to avoid a fruitless life to do the same. We are about preserving our culture, our passions, and those things important to us, as well as those things that help us keep our individuality; not obtaining a weekly check. When we compromise ourselves, we lose the desire and strength to embrace our individuality and appreciate unique qualities in others. Compromising our integrity makes us sheep, to be led by our necessity for survival. Ends Wealth is the beginning of empowerment.

Juan's Words

No one has the perception to look into the future or be able to give you a response on where they will be five years from now. Going back to 2005 I did not foresee what a simple handshake and hard work would lead to. Brandon and I both got together on the idea that we could bring something different to the t-shirt game and be successful as long as we put out quality work. There has been nothing but good feedback from our city on what we are bringing as a brand. I am a person that is serious about what I want and like but not too doubtful of the future because hard work will pay off. I do not like to let no one ruin my day. With each day come new friends and good times but I move forward in hope of enjoying everyday I am blessed with. I will not conform to what is expected of me by society I will safeguard my integrity and future with Ends/Wealth.

Brandon's story

Juan and I started ENDS/WEALTH and we met because, well I used to dance out in front of the Water Tower Place (a popular shopping center in downtown Chicago) with my breaking crew Stick and Move. Juan worked in at the Finishline in the mall and I was into sneakers. So we spoke a few times and actually he was into breaking but he stopped a while ago. So time passed and he started working at Niketown and I'm like this is the lick, cause I was trying to get a hook up on the kicks. We started talking about clothes on some t shirt shit and that was it.
